CCAC is the one stop shopping approach to both in home services and accessing
long-term care services. No one can be admitted to a nursing home in Ontario
without first being assessed by a Placement Services Coordinator. This
service is paid for by the Ontario Government. This is a great place to
start accessing information about opportunities and contact numbers.

Association (ORCA)

ORCA is a voluntary organization setting standards for all member residences.
Members are inspected and accredited.
Ministry of Health and Long-Term

The MOHLTC ensures that all nursing homes in Ontario meet legislative
standards. Each nursing home is inspected regularly by Compliance Advisors.
