The Fordwich Village Nursing Home is a 33 bed accredited home, situated in the friendly community of Fordwich. Fordwich is located in the northeast corner of Huron County, which is approximately one hour from Kitchener/Waterloo and two hours from London and Toronto.

The dedicated management and staff are committed to implementing a holistic approach to care which attempts to meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, cultural and spiritual needs of the resident in order to enhance the quality of their lives. We believe our services must provide privacy, safety, security, encourage maximum independence, and promote dignity, self-worth, individuality and happiness.

The Fordwich Village Nursing Home provides care to the residents referred through the Community Care Access Center for Huron. We are committed to provide optimal care and support in co-operation with its community partners, which meets the Rights and Needs of the resident/family, staff, volunteers and community.
